2. Information we collect
- Account data: email, name (if provided via Google/email auth), authentication identifiers.
- Organisation data: membership, role, approval status for workspace access.
- Product usage: scan views, run history associated with your organisation, technical logs needed for security and reliability.
- Device / technical: IP, browser type, and basic logs via hosting providers (e.g. Vercel, Supabase) for security and performance.
We do not ask for your broker password or place live orders on your behalf.
3. How we use information
- Provide secure login and organisation workspaces
- Show scan results, archive, and validation metrics for your org
- Admin approvals, support, and abuse prevention
- Improve reliability and fix errors
- Comply with applicable law when required
4. Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (authentication, database, hosting, cloud compute) strictly to run the product. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Retention
Account and organisation research data are retained while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for audit, security, and legal needs, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard controls such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated sessions, and organisation-level data isolation (row-level security). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
You may request account-related corrections or deletion by emailing hello@firstlooksites.com. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.
8. Children
This platform is intended for adults who understand financial markets education context. It is not directed at children under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
