Rules for using NSE Scan Premium. By signing in or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Continued use means you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable Indian law. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
3. Nature of service
The service is a software platform for educational and paper-validation research related to market scan outputs. It is not SEBI-registered advice, not a brokerage, and not a profit guarantee. See the Disclaimer.
4. Accounts & approval
We may require email/Google sign-in and administrator approval before granting organisation access. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion for security or policy reasons.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, attack, or reverse-engineer the service unlawfully
- Do not share access credentials with unauthorised persons
- Do not present platform outputs as SEBI-regulated advice to others
- Do not use the service for any illegal purpose
6. Plans & billing (when enabled)
Plan names, prices, and feature lists shown on the site are indicative until paid billing is enabled. When billing goes live, additional payment terms (including GST, renewals, refunds) will apply and may be updated on this page or at checkout.
7. Intellectual property
Software, branding, layouts, and documentation remain property of First Look Sites or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
